Problem

To convert the data of the thousands of customers from the ordinary paper filled applications forms to digital format. For each of the customer the data was to be collected from the application forms and other accompanying documents. This was then to be converted in the form of a database and also digitized images. The database created this way will not only be useful for the administrative purposes but also for the advertising new products to the existing customers.

Solution

The company tied-up ExceedBPO to convert all the paper-data into paperless data in the form of database and digitized images. The company would send the application forms of the old customers every week at our premises where we would scan them, capture the data from them and other accompanying documents and save as indexed images.

At ExceedBPO we have high resolution and high speed scanners that produce the images of high quality in shortest possible time. The images are named and numbered in proper manner so that they can be retrieved easily. The expert data entry operators enter the data accurately and convert it to a systematic database. There is also provision of linking the database to the images captured.

Once the data of the old customers was over, the company now keeps on sending the data of new customers every week. We have developed a long-term relationship with the company. There are several such companies for whom we work on long-term basis.
