Process of Recruitment :

  • Searching the most suitable profile as per the clients’ requirements through various sources like job portals, references, alumni networks, campus recruitment and placement consultants.
  • Maintaining a database of all the profiles sent to the clients in a predefined format for easy reference.
  • Reviewing and shortlisting the most suitable profiles based on the job specifications.
  • Selecting the most suitable candidate on the basis of Written Test followed by interview sessions.

Training and Development Sessions :

  • The employees are provided with organized induction sessions to help them familiarize with the organization goals and objectives and the internal structure.
  • We have an in-house training center with well qualified and experienced trainers who impart training to the employees to improvise their skill sets as per their profile.
  • We also make them aware of the importance of the security and confidentiality of the data and perform security checks on them wherever applicable.
  • The Training and Development sessions are held as per the requirements in order to familiarize the employees with the latest technological developments and processes. Since the changes in IT are taking place at a fast pace regular updating of the employees capabilities is highly essential.
